About me

I am a Heriot-Watt University Graduate having gained a 2:1 in the Information Systems Degree in the School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences. My dissertation detailed the critiquing of on-line learning management systems in a virtual environment. The information systems course focuses on system design and evaluation techniques alongside business and management techniques and philosophies. This involves using systems techniques that incorporate marketing strategies and computing systems to a high standard. There is also a strong focus on developing the knowledge of the aspects of management required to understand the commercial and business contexts within which information systems are used. During my time at university I have had the opportunity to work with fellow students in various different projects.
